We booked a room for 4….a junior suite. The pullout couch had only a thin cover over metal coil springs. We asked for a topper which they didn’t bring and after 45mins we asked again. A cover equivalent to a sheet was delivered. My husband and son slept on the floor. The toilet ran very loudly on and off all night. The tv was broken. When I complained, the front desk woman was very rude and condescending. The manager was kind and polite and comped a breakfast which was equally disappointment.

Hotel was nice. Service very good. Was disappointed to learn later that to park on site you must use valet and it cost $45. We had an off site event and they like to gouge you for parking in Detroit. So be forewarned!

Great hotel stay! We could not ask for a better location to Ford Field, I think 3 blocks. You can see the stadium from the front of the hotel. Every employee that we came in contact with was pleasant and helpful from the valet, front desk, to the breakfast attendant in the dining area. Our room the junior king suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. This is a nice hotel stay in a great location, we will definitely be back! If you are planning to go to a Detroit Lions game this is the way to go. You just need to make sure you are staying the night of the game, too for the parking. We parked Saturday when we arrived and grabbed our car upon checkout on Monday morning.

Expensive parking good hotel
Nice stay, clean, friendly. A lot of noise from street. No parking except valet which is $45 per night, so add that to price of room:)

The staff was amazing!! Friendly and helpful!! The room was clean but the top dead bolt lock did not lock. Will definitely stay again, next time we are in Detroit.
