Overarching- Location, location, location! Close to everything downtown...sports, restaurants, bars. Positives- friendly, patient, and accommodating staff. darkening shades in rooms, bar and restaurant on site, coffee in the morning. Downside- loud closing room doors, stairs to upper rooms closed entire time, elevator traffic busy, complimentary cold water in lobby was not consistently available.

The hotel parking is NOT included and it's $55.00 per night. Breakfast buffet is $16.99 + tax. There a small sports bar to enjoy with drinks and menu. The prices are affordable. My personal experience is to walk around the area, because you have many choices of restaurants with reasonable prices.
