Stayed in room 235. Here’s a list of issues: *. No ventilation in bathroom to let the humidity and steam out. *. Show drained slow and got worst with each day. *. Toilet paper is cheap and thin. *. Carpeting was dirty; footprints on white towels. *. Pillows were flat and had no cushion to any of them. *. Not much of a variety in channels to choose from on the television. *. WiFi connection is HORRIBLE. *. Don’t bother ordering Door Dash or any food delivery for that matter unless you’re willing to pick it up at the lobby cause they won’t allow the Dasher to deliver it to your Door. The overall quality of the room and hotel was disappointing considering it’s Marriott. I expected better with that brand name. I will not be staying here in the future.

Had a little trouble when checking in as they charged my card for an already prepaid room. I believe the front desk person was new but they told me they reversed the charge. Just waiting for it to fall off now. However, we checked in around 1am and I called beforehand to make sure it was okay and they were very accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean. Morning staff and housekeeping were so friendly. Would definitely be back.

Thin walls and no continental breakfast.

We stayed while in town for a concert and while it is not in the heart of downtown, it was a short uber ride to the venue. We got 2 rooms beings there was 6 of us and both rooms totaled less than one room at a hotel downtown. So it was definitely worth it for that reason. The lobby was clean and welcoming upon arrival. However, once in the hallways leading to the rooms it smelled a bit musty and of stale cigarette smoke. Faintly, not very overwhelming. But enough to scrunch the nose. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and for someone like myself who needs white noise to fall asleep, that wasn’t available as the AC unit would start and stop throughout the night going from loud humming (which I prefer) to pure silence. Would be nice to have a constant fan option so you are not being woken up from sudden start and stop of AC unit sound. The walls are very thin. Luckily the room budding up against ours was the rest of our party so we were able to text them and ask them to keep it down, but we could hear their conversations entirely even with them just talking at a normal volume. There is not continental breakfast. The espresso machine was down so I had to settle for a very expensive cup of black coffee. The prices were insane for food considering continental was not an option. $9.50 for a parfait cup is just ridiculous. So consider packing food even if just for an overnight stay.

Personally, there is so many rules and restrictions. No smoking around the property, the front desk workers where always having an attitude when asked a question. They had a wifi issue that delayed me to get my work done for the 3 nights i stayed no wifi. They where rude and did not help. I will say it is a nicer hotel then most but thats it also there is a lot of walking in the hotel it is quite big and clean but they dont allow u to enjoy sitting outside for people who want to simply vape or smoke hookah
