The room was dirty, the bathroom had not been cleaned the toilet was visibly dirty and the sink counter. There was multiple strands of different hair in the bed, stains on the pillows cases. It is my first and last time ever staying at this hotel and the chain. There was also no one at the front desk

We checked in and then immediately left. The hotel is much more dated and run down than the photos show. It also was extremely dirty, with hairs in the bed like the sheets had not been changed. There was an extemely dank weed smell. On the 4th floor the carpet was completely not tacked down so you will trip, and bags of garbage are all over the hallway. Like I said, we left as soon as we saw the room. Save yourself the time and stay elsewhere.

The staff could be more friendlier. The guy when we checked in was rude and not friendly. Our smoke detector battery was dead and would stop going off. The guy didnt believe us so my son in law checked it out and said battery is dead. Not enough towels for 3 people. The guy this evening was also very rude and could use some manners. The girl this am was very nice. We need more toilet paper but I'm not asking for any from the rude man at the desk. For what you charge here there should definitely be more curtious staff
