Hotels with Kitchenettes in Quintana Roo

We liked our room and comfortable bed with the mattress. Bed linen was nice and comfy also. We liked service in the room ,changing the towels and adding the water with out reminding . We didn't like the soundproofing of the rooms. We could hear our neighbors and late coming people. Overall nice hotel for the money!

We loved our time at Sunscape. Very family friendly. Loved the entertainment team. The rooms were large and very cool.

Our second visit to Aqua Live. As in the first time the property and staff are first class: beautiful room and genuinely friendly and attentive staff no matter their job. They maintain the beaches in excellent condition even when fighting against sargasso, which unfortunately is a natural phenomenon that cannot be avoided. However, I believe the food this time was lacking and it was hit or miss. That’s the reason why they did not get an “Excellent” rating all around. Nevertheless, we hope to return and hope they act on this feedback.
