Hotels with Waterslides in Puerto Rico

Trust me when I say I am not someone who likes to leave negative reviews. I truly believe if you don’t have something nice to say, it’s better not to say anything at all—but in this case, I feel like I have to speak up to help others avoid the same experience I had. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean or properly maintained—the lamp had visible mold inside, which was extremely concerning. The bed sheets had stains, and even worse, there appeared to be tiny bugs. I woke up in the middle of the night with itchy marks, which made for a very uncomfortable stay. Room cleaning is not provided on a daily basis so that's a big disappointment. The hotel itself feels old and outdated, and unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness and poor service made things even worse. I checked out a daily early rather then staying there another night. My advice: KEEP LOOKING. I 100% regret staying here.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was amazing and so helpful with finding places in the area. The food and drinks on the hotel resort were delicious and good for picky eaters as well! Would 100% recommend and go again!

Clean room, beautiful grounds, amazing views, great food, excellent staff. The internet connection was poor but thats my only complain.
