Room was booked for 3 guests. Only two bath towels in the room, no bath mat, no hand towel or wash clothes. One bed didn't even have a blanket on it - just sheets. One sheet had a cigarette burn hole (non-smoking room). Toilet lid hinge was broken. I wasn't expecting much, and just needed a place to sleep for one night, but basic amenities were lacking.

This property was disgusting! The pool was only cleaned and open day1 then filthy for the next 2 days. Finally cleaned my 4th and final day. The ice machine was out of order. The blow dryer didn’t work, there was no iron, there was mold on the bathroom ceIling, missing part for micro wave oven so it was useless. While employees were friendly but had no authority to do or fix and of my many needs.
