We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely stay there again! The staff was nice, the room was clean and comfortable, the extra perks was the cherry on top. We chose this hotel because it is so close to the train station which made it super convenient to take the train from the airport to downtown Denver and then catch our train to Glenwood Springs the next morning.

The hotel is in a great location and the facilities themselves are nice. However, it should have been clearly communicated at check-in that housekeeping only comes if you specifically request room service. Even after I made the request, I still had to go down to the front desk in person to get the room cleaned. Additionally, the parking validation system repeatedly failed, requiring multiple trips to the desk to have my ticket fixed. Unfortunately, the staff often seemed uninterested when assistance was needed, which took away from the overall experience. With better communication and more attentive service, this could have been an excellent stay.
