Handicap parking spaces unsafe; rebar sticking out in 1 space and another had trip hazard with broken concrete. Room only cleaned once during 4 night stay. No decaf coffee available and had to ask that it be prepared. Room had smallest bathroom ever been in in a hotel; very limited counter space around sink. Property was clean. Front desk staff friendly and polite.

Clean rooms, staff was friendly. Easy to check in and check out. However, my bathroom tub was clogged and informed the staff but I was only staying for one night. My main issue was that the wifi was very spotty and I wasn’t able to connect while I was in the bed. Other than that, everything was fine.

We didn’t have cold water only hot and the room was noisy but these were irritations. My biggest complaint was I was charged over $80 to park my car during my stay. Also it was hard to find a spot. On the good side, they have a wonderful little bar restaurant!! The staff were friendly but sometimes uninformed. Also it was very clean.

The kid that was checking us in was not helpful at all. It took approximately 20 minutes to complete check in because he said there was no reservation. I had to give him my phone to show him the booked reservation. We stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned or refreshed. I had to ask for towels the last night. Ive attempted to call the manager and have not received a call back.

A lot of the property was damaged. Door locks didn’t work at times. Shower had issues and made loud noises. Outside at night was very noisy. Sink wasn’t draining properly - called maintenance twice for room fixing. Staff was great and accommodating
