I usually prefer staying at Fairfield Inns because of their value, dependability, and amenities. The staff was friendly and the pool and hot tub were clean. Unfortunately the bathroom sink was clogged, they ran out of Kleenex, they were short on towels at the pool, and the free breakfast was cleaned up before breakfast time was over except for a couple items. They had a lot less variety for breakfast than usual. Also this location allowed sound to travel easily between rooms and in the hallways. Our room, an executive king suite, was in need of updating.

The first room we had the bed was disgusting then the moved us to a different room. It was so uncomfortable. Also the was a sock and crackers. Also was enjoying the hot tub until 10 kids under the age of 10 were there . The breakfast was not good either. The front desk lady was amazing

I chose to return to this property because I had a great experience in June of last year, and today's check in validated my choice. The staff were friendly and courteous, explained everything well and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this hotel.

There was hardly any food left on breakfast buffet & what was there was not hot & tasted bad at 9:10a when breakfast was supposed to be served until 9:30a. The breakfast cook/attendant, an elderly Caucasian women yelled at me, was extremely rude. Also, my room was not very clean upon checkin, misc used candy wrappers on floor & used tissues on floor & the housekeeping supervisor was also unprofessional & rude to me using the lobby. I spoke with the asst gnrl mgr upon checkout & he was very professional & apologetic to the poor treatment I received from some staff. The front desk staff was courteous & professional.

Not impressed

Had reserved a King Suite but learned on arrival that bathtub did not have safety handholds. Given a regular room with 2 queen beds. The fan in the bathroom was terribly noisy and the thermostat for the heater was not accurate. We sat the temperature for the night at 65 degrees and it was still uncomfortably warm. The Assistant Manager was great but the change in the room did not meet our expectations. The hotel only has one room with a walk-in shower, which is ridiculous. The Assistant Manager said the hotel is scheduled for remodel late this year. Hope these problems will be resolved.
