This place was perfect for our group. There were several different hangout areas in the home and lots of entertainment. We had so much fun exploring olde town Arvada. There were plenty of great restaurants, breweries and places to shop. I would 100% recommend the Eclectic Mid-Mod to anyone planning a visit to Denver. Five stars!

Colorado Vacation

The home was perfect for what we were looking for! We had 3 families with kids vacationing together and it was very accommodating within a great location. There were plenty of beds for different sleeping arrangement's for everyone, along with a bathroom for each family. The home was primarily clean with the only thing really noted of the LVT floors needing a good deep clean. I spoke to the property manager regarding the floors and to let their cleaning company know. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
