Had a great time at the rental. Everything was clean and matched the listing. Owner was quick with responses and we all had a great time both at the house and throughout our stay in the city. I would definitely stay here again if I come back.
Lovely, comfortable place close to groceries, Dallas Zoo, Bishop arts, and downtown in general. Could use one extra mirror somewhere. Excellent communication with host and easy check-in.
The home is comfortably furnished and was exceptionally clean. As it turns out we know people who live up the street and they love their neighborhood. This home is a great choice for someone needing a place in the area. It worked out very well for us.
Close to food, freeway and downtown. The only thing that I would have appreciated was for them to replace the wet bathroom rug from hallway other than that everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Would recommend.
We visited with our 2 dogs for 2 nights. The property was definitely animal friendly and we felt extremely comfortable in the house. The owner had little extra touches (snacks, water, a few coffee pods w/Keurig coffee maker..etc..) super nice. Older neighborhood that is being redone..felt very safe.
The photos are accurate of the interior of the house, no exterior shots available. The actual location has very narrow street, it's quiet neighborhood at night, but during the day music from neighbors is loud and repeative
Stayed here while on a girls weekend and visiting the State Fair. Great location - easy access to IH35. Older neighborhood, but quiet and we felt safe. Pups next door like to say "hi" but they were harmless.
Decorated nice, not a lot of furniture, but good for a small group - 3 of us. Each had our own rooms & closets. Hall bath has large shower & one bedroom has ensuite with shower.
Enjoyed our stay
Overall satisfied with stay. Plenty of room for all of us and spaced nicely.
Would suggest to have lawn care taken care of as yard hadn’t been mowed. Adding a little outside seating would be nice as we ended up pulling a couple chairs to the porch to relax outside after a long day. Could also use an extra blanket for relaxing on couch.
Would stay there again.
The place was not bad it just had Mitch match furniture in the living room, which was red flag for bedbugs being that me and my fiancé. My mother and sister and baby brother stayed here at this home. My sister was eaten up severely legs and arm at least 20 bites by bedbugs off of the great couch, one of the match couches that they had. There was a gray couch, dark brown couch and I believe a blue couch and that seemed odd from first glance
The home was in great location. The home was mainly used to shower and sleep only. The master shower did not have hot water so we all had to shower in the hallway bathroom. Reason I did not leave 5 star for cleanliness is because the hallway shower did have previous guest strands of hair stuck on the walls. There was also Texas toast in the fridge I guess also from previous guest. Overall our stay was great. I would book this home again in the future.
The property was clean and plenty of room. It would be nice if they actually had an enclosed yard, and the neighbors dog had torn a hole in the fence and you had to be concerned about them coming through and attacking your dogs. There was also a lot of loud parties going on until two - 3 AM. The host was quick and response to issues like the thermostat. So, the property itself is a nice place with the minimums in the kitchen. But, it is not a quiet neighborhood at night time.
This was a great place to stay while visiting nearby family foe the holiday. I visited with my elderly parents and 2 dogs. The host was very easy to communicate with. The house was clean and had basic essentials that anyone may need. This is a pet-friendly location, however, beware there is not a fully enclosed yard with neighboring pets. There is a dog park within a 5-minute walk (1-minute drive) that is also well maintained. There is a TV in the living room. The space was quaint and comfortable but also spacious with a large kitchen, 2 large bathrooms, 3 large bedrooms, and a large yard with driveway. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you!
We enjoyed our stay but my recommendation beds need to be updated (mattress) also flooring has some hazards some are loose and some can get injured
Also fence one side needs to be fix neighbor has some dogs (bulldogs we did not know how friendly they are ) it could be dangerous for kids especially if the get close to the fence, fence almost falls apart also was a lots of hair from dogs in the living room we didn’t worried about to much but some people are allergic to it I think is good to know what
Very clean but could use some lamps and nightstands. Like to read but night stands were across the room and no lamps. Found an iron but no board? More towel racks in master would be great-possibly a hand towel rack by the sink? Full length mirrors in bedrooms would be a plus. Getting ready for a wedding and only mirror at the sink. It worked but maybe a few things might make it even better!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication, location
It was good but turned bad
The property was clean and ready for us when we got there and everything went pretty smoothly for the most part. The only problems I could really list were that the master bedroom door didn't really close since the frame was kind of misaligned and it wasn't in the greatest neighborhood but I didn't really mind enough to say anything. We cleaned the place up and looked over the place to make sure we didn't forget anything when we left, and all seemed well. I actually wasn't going to leave a review until last night (the day after we got home) I got an email from vrbo saying the host added a $250 charge to my card for damages. The message from the host just said floor, wall and outlet damages. We never really saw damages while we were at the house and really didn't spend a ton of time in the house to even cause damages. And like I said we went back over everything before we left. Overall, the house wasn't too bad, i just don't trust this host.
