Stay was ok no real complaints. Could suggest to have a kettle & coffee & tea facility. Bit backward this not available in this time and age. Had to go and buy our own kettle & cups for a three night stay which should be unnecessary.

If what you need is a place in Copenhagen to base yourself whilst you explore the city this hotel is perfectly located.
It's super close to th central station which makes transport from the airport simple and easy. The only complaint I had was the smell coming from my bathroom sink. It was awful but to be honest I never complained to management about it and just opened the window. All in all great stay friendly staff and perfect location. Would recommend hiring a bike from the hotel they are brand new and the best way to get around the city.
we stayed 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised by the standard of absalon hotel. Despite the night staff being a little grumpy and short with us, we had a lovely room with a huge bed, plenty of space and very clean bathroom. The hotel was a very close to all the major attractions of Copenhagen. Would happily stay again and recommend to anyone
"Very stylish newly renovated hotel, great location"
The train station (Vesterport) is outside the front door so take the train from the airport, not an expensive cab. The building is 60's chic, newly renovated in typically Danish minimalist style with lots of timber. The rooms are large, comfortable with new stylish bathrooms, TV, coffee/tea facilities but no bar fridge. The windows open, which I like, but the rooms also have a/c. Breakfast is help yourself with hot and cold choices, a large array of breads, cereals, cold meat, cheese, scrambled eggs, danish bacon etc etc. You won't starve! The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is an excellent, though pricey, Italian restaurant/bar in the hotel, with a proper Italian chef and room service from the restaurant is also available. If its good weather you can sit out the front on the street. Its an easy walk to the old town, or catch the train outside the door and go just one stop to Norreport. All in all a lovely hotel. I would stay there every time.
We stayed two nights at the Scandic Palace. The room we had was comparatively small but very clean with modern amenities. The Hotel staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great. The location is an easy walk to all attractions and close to the central station which is where the airport train terminates.
