So this place is a great location 10 mins walk from the train station. Staff are helpful and do their best. Here is the downside. The rooms are Tiny. You cannot swing a cat for real. Just barely room for a bed, small table and a wet bathroom. There was also no hairdryer in the room, which you need in Denmark, because it is cold outside. When we asked the front desk for one, they said they only sell them. Other than that nice clean facility. but no restaurant or place to eat after breakfast unless it is snacks that are sold at the reception.

For me I found it a good value basic accommodation. 15mins walk from Copenhagen main train station. Had the bigger captain so good size, comfy bed & warm room. Room right by door from lift so could be noisy, but didn’t disturb too much. Used the gym, which was better than expected even if rather tired and tatty. Used the locker to store luggage for a few hrs pior to check in. It cost around £7 for 6hrs for a large locker. In all, was a cheap & cheerful stay.

Good value great location

Clean room, great location only 10 minutes from train station, great value for money in a very expensive city. Breakfast a bit limited and bland.

Good stay

Considering it is a budget hotel , it`s not bad at all. Clean rooms , good breakfast although there are others so much better with much much more variety in Copenhagen , decent gym with decent equipment.

Really enjoy my stay here, self check in & check out was easy enough to do. Good location, roughly 10 min walk to Tivoli gardens, the city centre is a bit further but a train station & bus stops are nearby; Plus you have the option of Uber. Room was a bit small but it was enough for me because I didn't stay in the room that much, it was just somewhere to lay my head a night. Bed was comfortable as well.

This was a budget option, the room was clean bathroom was tiny but had a good shower(makes sure the shower curtain is completely closed or the or everything will be soaked) The room was really basic but it's very close to all amenities. Comfortable bed, just minimal room to move, we we're there 2 nights, any more than that would be a struggle , especially if you had lots of luggage.

Hotel is located in a great spot, only trouble is you can’t check in till 3pm. Didn’t have breakfast this time but was good value for money. Bathrooms are a bit small especially when you have a little one with you

Ladies, remember to bring your hair dryer or curle

The hotel overall isn’t bad, but one thing I’d point out is that they don’t provide a hair dryer in the room — they only sell them for 100 DKK at the reception. So remember to bring your own, or be prepared to spend extra time letting your hair air dry.

I arrived very late at the hotel as I had a late flight from London. The receptionist was very rude when I could not really decipher the number he wrote on the key card. He just would not write it clearly and did not give clear instructions how to find the room. I went up and when I could not make out which was the room number I went down to reception again and tehn he re wrote the number clearly. The next day I was told I could keep the same room for teh second night but the cleaner removed all my stuff and I had a shock upon entering the room and seeing all my stuff had gone. Eventually the stuff was found but a pair of socks made from alpaca wool and given to me as gift was lost. The reception area is chaotic and the reception does not know what theya re doing. Terrible, people should not be staying there.
