Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bathroom was dated, no bench space to put anything. Bedroom space was good and modern. Thin walls so you could hear noise from the other rooms. Loved the free drink hour from 5pm till 6pm. Be early if you want a seat though!

Clean room , comfy beds . Powerful shower with nice toiletries and soft towels. Perfect for 3 adult friends . Beautiful and warm, well decorated hotel with such nice touches . Cosy hour was a real treat . Everyone was so nice . Lovely couches in the bar to relax in after all the walking . Would definitely recommend to friends and family .

The room was spotless lovely bath products complete with a safe and fridge. Delightful and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with a wide choice. Also great location easy access to metro. A great choice of cafes and restaurants plus the wonderful food markets. A fantastic stay. Copenhagen is a great city to walk around.

This hotel was absolutely perfect! Location, accommodation, staff. We had a family jr suit for 2 Adults and 2 kids. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Breakfast here was also fantastic!!! Cant wait to come back!
