Room was clean but some things need addressing in my opinion. The toilet, sink and bathtub were blocked and would take forever to drain the water. The air con wasn't allowing us to make it cooler, the room was extremely hot. The maid entered our room even though the 'do not disturb ' sign was on the door. There is nowhere to buy a snack or a bottle of water out of hours, not even a vending machine. Pool was really nice and the sky bar restaurant sticks and sushi is a must try.

Friendly staff, interesting Tivoli Garden-themed interior design. I was thinking whether I should rate this place 4 or 5 stars, but the boring breakfast choices were my concern. We stayed for three nights, and the breakfast menu was the same every day. We knew this in advance, but for a higher-tier hotel in the ARP Hansen Hotel Group, it is a bit disappointing. Except for the breakfasts, everything else was great.

As always great. Hotel is big, clean. Very great location, near Tivoli gardens, walking distance to the center, where palace and sightseeing places. Room is clean and spacious. SPA is amazing. Food is amazing. Staff at the front office very friendly, welcoming, so great. People at the restaurant are so great, even rememvered ys from last our visit. Overall Overall is clean and quiet room. It is clean. Poor amenities, but good bathroom… convenient location for walking to attraction areas.
