I didn’t appreciate what a great hotel this would be at the time of booking it. Yes, it’s name is synonymous with Tivoli Gardens which you can walk to in under 10 minutes, and yes, I was happy that they had a pool but I wasn’t prepared for how good this hotel really is. Checking in was easy. We had a room on the 10th floor which meant we had views. We ordered room service which came quickly and the food was tasty fresh and hot. We walked around the area easily and getting an uber meant we waited one minute! The whole ambiance of the hotel showed it was popular and organised. We ate at Sticks and Sushi on the top floor (see separate review) and what a bonus it was having such a good brand of restaurant in the hotel. Didn’t have breakfast as it wasn’t part of our package, but I’m guessing it’s as high quality as the rest of the hotel. I did use the pool and sauna and it was very relaxing. Families to use these facilities from 10.30 so it was busy, but it wasn’t unbearable. We asked for a late check out and I was happy to pay the very reasonable fee for an extra 2 hours (an extra hour is free) so we left by 3pm. This enabled us to go out walking, go for lunch and still come back to our room to use the facilities. It was a very positive experience and I would love to come back. Quick word about the room; fabulous!

We were 3 nights in your hotel with exclusive room. -Our room has bean cleaning once - The basin was blocked and didn’t drain properly - Toilet seat is modern but not all options worked - No phone line in the room to hotel reception Still you call it exclusive rooms? Overall, everything was very good. The only issues were that there was no access to the pool due to renovation, which we were not informed about before arriving at the hotel, and that the shower could not be set to a stable temperature as it would adjust itself and suddenly become extremely hot. Other than that, the stay was really good. We came because of a birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of champagne and flags in the room. The service was excellent, and the staff were very kind and attentive
