The front desk helped us switch rooms quickly and efficiently due to a booking error- which we appreciated. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of selections. We would stay here again!

Wonderful location close to the metro. Excellent included breakfast spread (makes American Continental breakfasts look like a joke) which saved us so much money in pricey Copenhagen! The location was perfect for walking or accessing public transportation. The Christmas market was setting up making the setting lovely. First floor room was a bit loud at times due to street noise but the room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. I looked forward to the amazing breakfast each morning!

Excellent location, at the quiet end of the best street in town. Close to royal theatre and opera house. Very helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful rooms with old wooden beams. Wonderful restaurant on the ground floor. Loved this place.
