Had to request cleaning room at reception but that wasn’t a problem, just something we weren’t used to. Building works were going on but not too early in the morning. Room was situated above a pub which was quite loud one night but not unbearable. Room was spotless and lobby area really nice to relax in.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, property well maintained and secure. In the center of the city and steps away from shopping, Tivoli, and the National Museum. Location is also about a 20-minute walk to Nyhavn and a 30-40-minute walk to the harbor. A perfect home base for travelers to the city with easy access to metro, bus lines, and the train station - will definitely stay there again when in Copenhagen.

Room was clean but not particularly big for a superior/deluxe room. We stayed for 3 nights and had hoped to have a better view of the square, we were facing onto the rear of the hotel. Bed was comfortable and hotel staff helpful and polite. Breakfast was just average.

We booked a superior room with lounge access. For a superior room it was small and somewhat dated and only had a view of an apartment block. It was clean and had 2 comfy chairs and everything worked ok. We had issues with getting our room serviced. On the first day we hung out the please service our room sign and nothing happened. Apparently we should have requested room service. On the second day we did and returned to find nothing had been done. We complained and they fixed it. We did not have breakfast preferring to eat out. We did use the lounge which was good. We found the reception staff helpful.

Close to restaurants and shopping district, and central to downtown and across the street from metro station for easy transit access. Clean and comfortable room. Lounge area in lobby area with bar. No restaurant or room service options, so plan accordingly. 7-Eleven is next door for easy bottled water and snacks access - the 7-11s are much higher quality here than in North America, with higher quality deli food if you get late night cravings.

The good -location, lobby, staff, check in process. The bad - room was basic, no water provided, boiling hot, not at the level of the price. Only option is to open windows and the noise form the alley behind was ridiculous. Would look to alternatives next time.

Staff not really ok giving wrong information about the rooms, forgetting important information as for example “on demand” room making (a non sense per se). Impossibility to get a new bottle of water for the second day in the mini bar. Super small low quality pillows making the night a nightmare… Super small blankets, too short and too narrow. Too hot even with airco received at minimum.

A perfect spot, modern rooms and perfect at an affordable price. No complaints, only thing you should be aware of, you are in the city so some road and people noise if you want your windows open.

1. Check-in experience Upon arrival, the receptionist attempted to check me in under another guest’s name. Despite me showing my booking confirmation, she continued trying to charge me again and insisted that my booking was for a single room when it was a double. As a homosexual couple visiting the county, this created a sense of anxiety and discomfort, as we were momentarily concerned we would not be able to share the room we booked. This made the check-in process unnecessarily stressful and left a poor first impression. 2. Room cleanliness and comfort The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The bed linens did not appear to be clean, raising concerns about hygiene and overall housekeeping standards. The towels provided were of very poor quality. We required extra pillows, which were kindly provided by the housekeeping staff. Their assistance was appreciated. 3. Bathroom condition The bath was not properly sealed, causing leaks. The shower pressure was very low, making it difficult to use. 4. Noise levels Our room was located right next to the landing and lifts, which resulted in significant noise throughout the night. This made it difficult to sleep and further impacted the comfort of our stay 5. Check-out experience When checking out, we were not asked how our stay had been. As we attempted to raise the issues listed above, the receptionist began speaking to her colleague instead of listening. This came across as dismissive and unprofessional, preventing us advising
