Altho the main floor was under construction, it had no impact in our stay. The location was great. Room was clean. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice. We were not aware that the breakfast room turned into a lounge in the afternoon/evening, so that was a pleasant surprise. I did find that the front desk staff wwrent the friendliest, except one.

Central, very clean large rooms with windows that open and hardwood floors. Bathroom built for young giants. The narrow ledge of the bath/shower was higher than my knees. No way I could safely get into that tub.

The staff were friendly and kind. On our last day, they kindly stored our luggage and even invited us to relax in the lobby after checking out while we waited for our flight. Our room offered a great view of the city and featured a lovely balcony. It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities that were listed.

Location was great, easy to get to in the centre of wonderful Copenhagen. Staff helpful, particularly on arrival. Room good. Only real downside was it was been refurbished. Looks like that work will be completed soon.
