It is a basic very large hotel. Rooms are very sparse. Suitcases have to go on the floor. Very small bedside shelf. You wouldn't want to spend time in the room. They charge for luggage storage and breakfast buffet is plain

Central location hotel, not bad

Nice central location with easy check in and check out steps. The room was small but comfortable, however did wish the pillow on the bed were standard pillow rather than small square ones, and standard double bed duvet instead of a single duvet on a double bed. There was no basic amenities like kettle, cups, tea bag and coffee sachet which was annoying. Also not soundproof, could hear people talking along the corridor at 3am in the morning

Extremely cheap! Uncomfortable small room which is not enough for two people. There were no essential supplies, such napkins, shampoo, and only one paper cup for two people. The shower cabin with toilet has a glass wall, it is eliminates minimal privacy. Despite a very good location, this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

Great location convenient to sights in Copenhagen! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants. Room was very clean and we appreciated independent control of our air conditioning. Breakfast buffet was excellent and extensive. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel worked out perfectly for a family trip with 11 people, 3 generations. The location was great near Nyhaven and KongensNytorv and Storget shopping street. Rooms are small and pod like but designed for efficient use of space. Hotel has plenty of indoor and outdoor hang out space where you can meet up with others. The location was wonderful, in a great part of the city, close to many sights.

You, get what you pay for

The rooms are very small could hardly turn around in the shower and I had to walk too forever through a maze of hallways to get to my room. I have a reservation in 10 days to stay there for two nights, but I’m debating whether I’m going to use it.

Very central, all main sights are walking distance. Rooms are very small and there is no privacy when using the bathroom or taking a shower.

This hotel is well located, even though it’s not on a main street. The room we stayed in was small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a good variety of options. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Pros: The location was fantastic! Short walk from the Metro, lots of activity at night, walking distance to Tivoli. Cons: The bed was hard, so i asked for a 3rd pillow. Took two days and countless requests to finally get it. Each staff person first asked how many people were in the room and then would mention there was an extra under the bed. Why the heck did it matter how many people were in my tiny cruise-ship room. I asked for a pillow, not a debate on why I needed it. The shower has one soap for your body and hair. Not something I'm use to and can't say I like. No tissues in the room either.
