The front desk staff were friendly and patient. My room was clean but very basic, and if you share a room, know there is no privacy. The hotel is in a fantastic location to explore the city. Parking with the parking discount was a plus. Great low-budget hotel!!!

The room was quite dirty - there seems to be mold around the shower. And the shower drain doesn't work well. I told the front desk and they said they would fix it - but didn't. So the shower water would creep in to the bathroom itself. Otherwise the carpet is just old

I was a solo traveler staying one night in Copenhagen. The single room was small but had everything I needed for a simple stay. The bed was not the most comfortable ever but I wasn’t bad either. Bathroom was good. No comments on staff as it was automated check in and checkout so I didn’t even really talk to anyone. However, it was clean and orderly. The location of the hotel was excellent for seeing downtown Copenhagen. Kongens Nytorv and Nyhavn were both a short walk, along with many of the other sights. Great stay for an easy hotel option if you want easy access for walking or public transportation and a simple worry free stay.

Room was great. Only downside was the shower. SMALL! No wash rags, only hand and body towels. Overall, great stay! No issues. GREAT location! Would recommend Mojoe’s just down the street to eat. Would definitely stay here again. Also close to the train to and from the airport. 7 min walk.

Room was great for me a single traveler. Staff very nice and helpful. Didn’t pay for the breakfast but looked nice. Location was excellent. Train taken from the airport to hotel was very nice. Only 7 mins walk from train to hotel. O my downside was the size of the shower. And no wash rags. Only hand and body towels. Overall a great stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Easy check in great location walkable to everything I wanted to see and close to transport links. Room felt compact bed was quite small (& I’m short 5ft 3 and my feet hung off end). No air con so had to have window open which was very loud from nearby pubs and early morning delivery lorries

No frills hotel - the rooms don't have mini-fridges - ideally located near a metro station (Kongens Nytorv that runs to the airport) and within walking distance to Nyhavn, Rosenberg Castle, and the pedestrian street Stroget. I am a wheelchair user and few hotels in the vicinity had accessible facilities as many have a step or two in the lobby or through the front door. One cannot complain about the hotel's location but if you are accustomed to hotels with more amenities, this one will feel lacking. [my bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned as there were spots under the toilet and I am assuming that the hotel assumed wheelchair guests wouldn't be on the floor to see this] Other than this issue, all of the staff I encountered were very friendly.

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was not pleasant. The room had an unpleasant smell coming from the drain, and there were no separate shampoo or body wash, only an all-in-one product. The sink drain was blocked, which made it unpleasant to wash my face and hands. There was no fridge in the room, and no tissue paper available, so I had to use toilet paper instead. You could also hear noise from outside, and the view was terrible. The only positive thing was the location.
