Nice hotel and lobby. Clean. Friendly staff. Well equipped room. Slightly on the outskirts of the city and the street is loud and busy. Room was way too hot and the thermostat didn’t seem to work.

Check-in was slow. We were emailed with the opportunity to check-in online. It didn't work properly & we had to go through it all again when we arrived anyway. Rooms were nice & clean. We could hear the metro cars from our room but they didn't run through the night so it wasn't an issue for us. Breakfast good.

Dirty sheets, dirty glasses, broken table, bedside lamp that works half of the time, bad water pressure, no makeup/shaving mirror. The check-in kiosks didn’t work. The turnover service randomly didn’t happen one day even though they went into the room to drop off “clean” glasses after I complained (ehich were also dirty)!
