Ease of booking and checking in late. Coming and going was easy too. Sheets were clean but didn’t fit the bed properly. The bathroom was clean but had a bad smell. Shutting the door to the bathroom fixed it. Towels provided were clean. Shower was hot but a bit odd as water leaked underneath and had to put a towel to stop it coming out of bathroom. Fine for a 2 night stay and location was amazing right by the station.

Very good value. Room 120 was exceptionally quiet with no street noise at all. Be advised that there is no en suite bathroom, but shared toilets were very clean and always available.

I had a good stay, very central part of the city and right next to a cool bar and food. Room was nice and clean, much smaller than what it seemed on Expedia though. Breakfast was good but not included in my stay which I was confused about. The one thing that really had me take stars away were the bathrooms, only 2 showers for the whole floor and pretty grimey throughout the day. Mold all over and ceiling tiles coming down. Maybe chalk it up to me being American but this is how I felt.

The location, the staff and the room size was perfect! If you want to get around Copenhagen this is the area to best stay. Its literally 1 minute from the main railway station and the copenhagen central metro station
