Good bed so slept well. Friendly, professional staff. Shame the bath tap didn't have reliable hot water. Seems the thermostat was broken so it alternated between hot and cold and was impossible to make a warm bath.

What's good thing about this place is the location that you can literally walk to the terminal. What I did not like about was Filip's attitude towards me at the check-in. I felt he was very direct, cold and impolite. I asked to see if I can swap the card to make payments, he reluctantly accepted it. And then when I said I got approved to check-in early never-mind the fact that he said I had to pay extra (which is true). Once he checked the system, he was reluctantly accepted the approval. You have the large room, but the bed was uncomfortable and was angled slightly half of the mattress. When I told this at the check-out (I think it was Umat who checked me out?), he was quite frightened.

Excellent! We were here for a few days with friends and had a great time. The staff were excellent and we were upgraded in our room and had a nice view. The room was clean and comfortable - it was a little tricky to open and close the drapes the first time (all electronic). We were just across the street from the airport and so it was ideally close. The airlines had lost our luggage and the hotel was helpful in giving us some amenities to tide us over. We ate at the restaurant on site and the food was delicious. We also were in easy walking to the trains and were able to travel around Copenhagen quite easily. We were recommended this hotel from other friends and will definitely stay here on our next trip!

It was a nice hotel but the fact that you don’t Have a phone in the room so there’s no room service. You haven’t to go get it yourself. We were out of towels so had to go all the way down to do that ourselves as well. As a tired traveller, there should be a phone and a service to rooms. As well, the plumbing somewhat smelled. The bath tub bubbles into the shower drains and the toilet. Which is strange. Clean room though.
