We loved the hotel and location. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was tasty at the restaurant. It was very conveniently located, right near a subway stop, so we could get all around the city by foot or by subway easily.

The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a very comfortable bed. We had 2 rooms for our stay. The 3rd floor room had hot water, nice bathroom. The 11th floor room shower never got hot. The staff friendly, very professional and accommodating.

Fabulous stay!

What a great property! Beautiful, well taken cared for, professional and friendly staff, love the bathroom amenities and smart they are full size, better for the environment and good quality. It’s a great area of town. It’s not so touristy yet has really good restaurants nearby, parks close and natural history museum also nearby.

nice uws hotel

staff was very nice, and let us check in early without making it a big deal at all. great experience, would recommend to anyone looking for a place on the UWS - though pricey. gym was decent, treadmills and weights - no rowing machine though.

A great location in the upper west side. We found it to be quiet by New York standards with the occasional siren on the street below. Conveniently near many coffee shops and a good market for a quick breakfast or snack. Only a few blocks from a subway stop, Central Park, and the Museum of Natural History. Very walkable area and we appreciated having a doorman greet us at whatever time day or night we arrived back from a busy day in NYC!
