I loved the upper west side location. Fun eating options abound. My room was pretty large for New York City and nicely appointed. I didn't have much of a view but at least there was a little garden on the landing. The lobby is elegant and a nice place to meet up. Overall, a solid choice.

Room felt neglected, carpet was torn and curtains fading. A request for teabag was turned down with “Tea are available for purchase from our Restaurant through room service or in person dining.
