Very nice very clean very knowledgeable staff. They run a shuttle to Cleveland clinic every 15 minutes so you never have to move your car. The bad thing is it cost $25 a day to park and they only have three handicap parking spaces that they don't charge for and they're always full

The hotel was okay, but they charged $25 per day for valet parking. I remember when I booked the hotel, it stated $20. While the $5 difference isn’t huge, my original plan was to park offsite for $10. However, the front desk told me that offsite parking is two traffic lights away and doesn’t offer in-and-out privileges. I ended up paying $25 per day for parking and would have chosen a different hotel.

Didn't like how valet or shuttle were the only options which left you with hidden fees, and the area surrounding the hotel wasn't the best. Room was clean/comfortable though, and the location was close to the music venue we went to.

What I like is that they continued to check on me to make sure everything was ok during my stay. Staff was very nice and valet was quick retrieving car when needed. What I didn’t like was the pool was cold despite it being small and not deep enough. However the gym made up for the pool. Will definitely stay again.

Not a pleasant stay

No one at counter to check us in. Valet drivers smelled like marijuana. Only one waitress working the restaurant, so service was insanely slow. Hard floors in room were very dirty. Overall...worst Holiday Inn I have been to and I've been to a lot of them.

The valet parking is $25 a night and you have to wait like 30 minutes even if you call ahead of time. I missed my dinner reservation waiting on my valet. Why charge so much for valet (mandatory pretty much) if the service is poor.

I had an excellent experience. Courteous and respectful staff members who we did meet with smiles on their faces. If one should chooses to eat the buffet breakfast in the cafe, make sure to be served by Michael; whom I was very impressed by with his comment to service. Once it to floors to the rooms, all was pleasantly quiet.

Hotel was great. I had surgery at Cleveland Clinic and was in the hospital longer than anticipated. The staff was great to help my spouse getting extra nights added. The shuttle service was very convenient. Restaurant and bar was excellent.

The hotel is great. There's a shuttle back and forth to the hospital. After shuttle hours a police escort will take you. Like most hospitals, the area around it is not that great. I say it's a transitional neighborhood because there are some new builds and restorations among those that are in pretty bad shape. I wouldn't walk through the neighborhood -especially if alone.
