The staff at the Quality Inn was excellent! Any issues we had were taken care of immediately. I would maybe recommend new bedding coverlets as ours were stained and look a bit dingy.

Our room smelled when we checked in. The towels were old and worn. The bathroom floor and shower was very slippery. My boyfriend fell in the shower and I almost fell in the bathroom but caught myself. This is very dangerous. We are in good shape, but an older person would have been seriously injured.

This one was a bad choice for sure

The room was very poorly maintained. The door that led to the toilet/bath/sink combo had been damaged and the door was not able to be closed at all because there was a hole at the handle so there was no privacy for the bathroom. The sink faucet was not attached and lifted up when it was to be used so you had to hold it down to get the water to come out. The walls were dirty and it looked like the bedspreads were as well. I would definitely never stay here again.

A bit stuffy room at first but you can tell the staff have high standards and excellent customer respect. Very close to tennis and very accommodating with shuttle service. Located close to amenities. Would come back. Appreciate that they don’t spray with fragrance.

Overall good hotel

Room was clean. Beds werent the most comfortable, but not bad. You could see a crack of light around thr door that would make me concerned about bugs, though we didnt see any. Good breakfast options. Kids were screaming in the pool until nearly midnight, but i would blame that more on the parents than the hotel. Had I not packed a sound machine it would have been more of a problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was a very good feature even though we could have parked for free. I much preferred not dealing with the traffic to get out.
