Well when cleaning staff went in my room they didn’t close door all the way shut and anyone could have broken in and stolen very important valuables. That was scary to know.

We found a very large area of dried feces on the bedding. Front desk was slow to send housekeeping. HVAC was set at 66 the whole time, went from blasting air when we arrived because it was stuffy, to hot air in the morning that wasn't even able to be turned off. Staff was barely apologetic.

This hotel has been absolutely wonderful. It is very clean. The staff is very attentive and the customer service is great. I have traveled around the world and this is one of my best experiences when it comes to lodging in the US. Highly recommend.
