Property was nice and convenient to any downtown locations. Parking across the street was super convenient. Heat in the room was not super hot. Had set to 72 but room could not go past 66 on a cold January night. Needed a sweater on.

Room was not ready upon arrival. No context made to try to even advise us. It was 1 hour and 15 mins overdue. Sleeper sofa mattress was dirty. I did review with property upon check out. A discount should be offered. Won’t be staying here again.

Amazing Staff
The staff were all amazing! I didn't catch the lobby manager's name, but he was fantastic. He took pictures for us and even at us up a little hot chocolate bar. The valet drivers were also great and hustled to have our car in and out quickly. The lobby area of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous!

It was convenient to stay there for one night when traveling in for a show. I can say that the breakfast buffet was the worst tasting food we've ever had at a hotel. We were hungry after a long night and went to eat somewhere else.
