Everything about this place is wonderful. It is just great. My only feedback this time is the condition of the parking lot and especially at the main entrance. It was very slippery with a high risk for falls. I think there needs to be some focus on the snow clean up.

The spacious room was terrific!!! The kitchen is missing a cooktop but that was really OK. The breakfast left a little bit to be desired as far as variety. One of the egg omelettes direct from the warmer were hard/crispy on the edges. Couldn’t eat it. Waffles were very yummy!! On a separate note, I was very disappointed when we asked for help with the toilet numerous times. It kept squeaking. It needed a part replaced and after three requests, no one ever came to fix the toilet. We were there for three nights.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Great place to stay! The rooms are clean, well designed, have small mini kitchens; a good-sized refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher, plates, bowls, glasses! The staff is friendly, and the free breakfast was excellent. The only complaint was the sliding doors in the bathroom. Hard to open and close . Definitely will stay here again.

This was a great place to stay close to Cincinnati and all the attractions. The room was nice, quiet, spacious, and had all we needed as a family with young child. We tried running the dishwasher on the first night and it was super loud, so recommend running it while you’re out if you need to. The pool was really cold and super salty for some reason.

Clean, spacious, and close to a lot of places to see, eat, and do. Only con is wish they had more and/or better pillows. If you have a bad neck or back, make sure to pack a pillow.
