This hotel is really nice. Its in a convenient location and very clean. Beds and linens are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Our room was on the back side next to the road and there was virtually no traffic noise. The convenience station in the lobby is a nice touch. Only complaint would be that the water pressure was a bit lacking.

The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars was that the room phone did not work (but most of us do have a cell phone), and the facial tissue box was not full so I had to ask for a replacement. The place was fine for what I needed. I have been here before and plan to stay here again.

Fraudulent charges to credit card

The hotel charged my credit card with false charges. I called to ask for the receipt for the charges, they could not provide and told me that they were “additional taxes” I said ok, I want the receipt for the taxes, they could not provide the receipt. They also will not charge back my card for the amount that they charged without authorization. If you want your credit card to be charged and with rogue charges, then pick this location. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is right next to the highway and has poorly insulated windows. We paid extra for a suite just to find that all suites are facing the highway. I did not sleep all night.

Clean but lacks hospitality

The property was reasonably well kept inside. This is the first hotel we've needed in a while and I guess some places are no longer offering a free breakfast. If you want breakfast it is $7.95 per person at this location. It snowed while we were there and zero effort or attention was given to exterior ice control. The sidewalks and even the covered unloading zone was packed with snow and ice well into the next day. If you are looking for a clean place to stay, it is fine. If you are looking for hospitality, you won't find it here. Skeleton crew on site with no customer engagement. Even at the front desk.
