The hotel itself was fantastic! The lady at the front desk was great too! Breakfast was good and convenient. The area from the parking garage to the hotel was a little sketchy and the entrance to the hotel looked a little run down but when you got inside it was terrific!

Very nice place to stay with easy walking distance to many downtown things. The only downside is paying a lot for parking in the garage. I feel like the hotel should offer a discount.

Be prepared, the hotel doesn’t have a designated parking garage, you have to go out to the street to get into the parking garage. You do have to pay to park in the garage next to the hotel, which was unexpected. I ended up paying $75 for 2 days. While this wasn’t a huge deal, it was an unexpected expense for the trip. The location was perfect walking distance from downtown events. Just a couple of blocks from the Aronoff center and downtown Christmas market. The room was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed the room did not have a fridge or microwave. The staff were kind and accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Parking was interesting. No valet when we pulled up. Sat and waited awhile and gave up. Self parked in parking garage next door. No elevators were working. Hotel was older with poor lighting on ground floor as you enter the building. Room was ok for the price. Ice machine was plugged in but didn’t work on the 15th floor.
