Booked a room for my spouse around 11:55 pm. At 12 am booking was auto canceled. I received no notification of cancelation. My spouse arrived at 1:30 am exhausted and they did not let her check in. Staff said she must call the next day for resolution but they charged her for the hotel room at the end without stay. Expedia also could not help as they had charged Expedia. I and Expedia staff called the hotel and I faced with a terrible customer care. Hotel manager also refused to provide a refund. Real bad experience booking a hotel room there.
