One of the outside doors to get in the key fob didn't work. I tried to get a water from the vending machine on our floor and the machine would not take my dollars or my Google pay and I went up four floors above me because each floor has a drink vending machine and none of them worked and one of them ate my money. Overall it is not a bad hotel but you can tell that they are not really keeping up with some things. Some things look fresh and new some things look dirty and antiquated.

Marriott used to be much better. Room and furniture appeared old, curtains were dirty and smelled dusty. Cleaning people were terrible, didn’t even offer fresh towels unless you asked.
