Perfect place to stay

Great and beautiful place, so clean we may have been first guests to stay there! Best if you don’t have a car as parking nearby was very difficult.

The entire house was VERY clean, absolutely spotless and everything was exactly as described. The owner responded to questions within minutes. Check-in was smooth and easy. The apartment is on a quiet side street near Hagley Park, about a 10 minute walk to the Botanical Gardens and main tourist area. Grocery stores are a few blocks away. The washing machine is in the kitchen with a clothes line outside. There are two friendly neighborhood cats that like to look in through the window but they generally run off if you step outside. If I'm ever in ChCH again, this is where I'll stay.

The stay was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The appliances were new and modern. I highly recommend staying here. It is close walking to everything you need and the hosts are very friendly and responsive. If I come back to Christchurch we will stay here again.

Convenient to Christchurch Botanic Gardens, a focus of the visit. Also close to the city center and its restaurants, etc. When necessary, we used Uber; but the city is flat and walking was the easiest.

Great place to stay

Within 25 easy minutes walk of the station across Hadley park (great start for our return trip on the trans alpine) and with the no 7 bus to the bus exchange passing the front door. Fully fitted out 2 story apartment suited our needs. We had a great time. Final day we checked out , leaving luggage at bus interchange before heading by bus to airport.

This really is a fabulous house in a super location. Top quality through out and wonderfully comfortable. We had everything we could need and more. Great host and easy communication. Convenience and comfort by the park

Very clean, modern, with lots of well thought out details. Appreciated having a washer and an outdoor line for our woolens and sports gear. Street parking was never an issue. Easy walk to breakfast (loved Luciano’s!), the park, the Avon… The plug-in air freshener gave me a headache, but the space aired out quickly once we turned it off.

Located 1/2 block from a fantastic park with grass fields that rival a PGA golf coarse and 1/2 mile from the famous Christchurch Botanical Garden. The apartment is new clean and met our needs for our stay Read discretion closely and be aware if you have a car parking can be a pain.Check in and check out was smooth. Fabulous property and location

Can’t say enough about this lovely 1BR apartment in Christchurch city central. The property itself was new and very well-equipped and decorated. It had everything we needed to feel at home during our stay. And the location was perfect. Steps to a huge urban park and botanical gardens, and just minutes walk to all of the restaurants and shopping in central Christchurch. And if you don’t feel like walking, you can always hire one of the e-scooters that are readily available throughout the downtown core. A fun and cheap way to get around. Also within walking distance of the central bus exchange where you can catch a bus virtually anywhere in the city. We had a hired car but didn’t really need it. The owner was easily contacted and responsive. He bent over backward to help us look for alternative accommodation when the cyclone extended our stay, and was really friendly and understanding. Overall the property and location are 5-stars across the board. We will absolutely be staying there again on our next visit to Christchurch, and I’ll be referring my family and friends as well.
