Property is clean and close to great amenities. Only thing that could do with improvement is the showers - they are average at best. Fill Up with water and hard to control the temperature plus the huge step in and out was a safety concern. TVs also do not work well with many channels either not available or not working properly

In the book it says they don’t like noise after 10 which is good. But people talking directly out side our door. No action taken so we said something. 2nd night yelling from the room next to us and till like 1am which everyone in the place had to have heard. If ur gonna go hard on noise do it don’t just put it in the book for show. Spoke to the staff the next morning absolutely no help.

Room was not ready when we arrived at 5.00pm so they gave us another unit.It was very dated and in need of complete renovation.There was mould in the bathroom and the shower had old empty soap package in it. Had a person nose up to the window staring at us in the lounge. Grubby and dirty outside.Would not have stayed ther if we had not already paid.

I was stranded when my flight got canceled and they put me in a nice downstairs studio so i didn't have to struggle up stairs. When it was canceled again they let me re check in to the same room. Basic motel, but had everything i needed. Let's hope next time i stay it is on a planned trip.
