Was missing towels, wash cloths, hand towels. Had no conditioner or body wash. They were either empty or missing. Phone wasn’t working. Rooms didn’t have a mini fridge or robes. The Kleenex was never replenished (didn’t have any in the room) The toilet paper was thin/cheap.

Toilet and bathtub were covered in hair. Door keys kept not working and we had to get new ones twice. The ice machines are not working on most levels. The main elevator was out of order when we arrived. The A/C seemed to not able to keep the room cool once it started warming up outside.

The room is big. Check-in was fast and easy. Bed was ok, complaints for the price. The only issue we had was shuttle service. We were not sure what our shuttle looked like and approached the blue Sheraton shuttle. It would be nice if they put a photo or description that the shuttle is white with a blue stipe. Shuttle has plenty of seating.

Shuttle did'nt run as advertised. Had to take a taxi coming in. At a substantial cost. Only thing halfway decent was restaurant. Avoid this place at all costs. Worst dump I have ever stayed and that includes hostels in 3rd world countries.

The property itself was very nice, the front desk was a bit blunt and they didn't seem like they were happy to be there which is understandable but they spoke to the customers not so welcoming because of it. There was no face rags either just body towels and when i asked housekeeping they said they didn't know what i was speaking of and gave me more body towels. We were able to go get some face and wash rags from a store nearby, outside of that the stay was great!!

If you don’t mind a “bare bones” room, come here: not a piece of facial tissue, half a roll of t.p., limited coffee service, very few towels, & what bugged me the most: NO EXTRA BLANKET! Decor outdated, no pictures or anything on bare Hall walls. Lobby looks nice, breakfast in restaurant very good, staff friendly & competent. Just: bare, where it counts: in the Room. To be fair: perfectly clean & safe. I expected more from Sheridan.

This property was horrible. The outside looked old and the grass and weeds were so high. Then you walk in and it’s really nice. So you’re like ok they just need some yard maintenance. Then you get to your floors, disgusting. Smells musky and floors were severely stained. All the doors to the rooms were from the 70s and then when u enter you want to puke. Our beds had dead bugs and crumbs in them, part of a weave and eyelashes were on the air conditioning unit. The floor was gross. The tv channels sucked. The bathroom looked like it was from the movie the bates motel and the chargers didn’t work. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was great though.
