I don’t like leaving less than 5 star reviews but this hotel was not it. The room was super tiny. We had a room with a separate living room and a pull out couch. The couch was super uncomfortable to sleep on. There was no TV in the living room. If the couch was open, the fridge was not accessible at all as it opened right up to it. There was also a coffee table that we had to put up on its side when the couch was open and the whole room was super tight. My other issue was there was little parking. I came back from a concert late and I circled the building a few times because I luckily found someone leaving and could take their spot. The buffet was ok but it was very small. We’ve used Comfort Suites a lot and usually love them but this one was not one of those times.

Airport shuttle was terrible, i had to take Uber to go to the airport. I booked King suite but was given queen bed and the staff was rude at the reception.

The airport shuttle didn’t show up after a 50 mins wait. I called the hotel when we arrived at the terminal, the front desk never connected. Had to call the sales and the guy told us the shuttle was running every 15 mins. But never showed. We took uber. The staff at the hotel were fine. The guy who drove the morning shuttle was great. Room was old, but spacious.

The shuttle service is very bad I had to wait for an hour for the shuttle to pick for a ride of 10 minutes and even after the pick up they went around to collect other people so it took 30 more minutes, The cleanliness of the hotel is very poor

Was interesting stay. Microwave sounded like it was going to light on fire , could use with a big cell in the hallways and rooms, and shower was dripping water all night. Front staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel could use with an update and deep clean.

Hotel needs updating, carpet needs a thorough cleaning. Staff was very pleasant and polite. Parking costs too much for the location. The lot is hard to get in and out of. Beds are uncomfortable, they are hard and springy.

The pictures posted with this hotel did not match what we actually experienced. Our door did not feel like it locked well, I thought the outlets were next door or very nearby but this was not the case. There were homeless outside hotel and I did not feel very safe.

I was only staying for one night & had my infant and dog with me, the bedding, bathroom & overall bedroom were clean, comfy but the front living area had a pee smell I’m assuming they put me in a dog friendly room. It was acceptable for a 1 night stay but carpets desperately NEED to be replaced!
