Staff was very professional and friendly. Some of their answers to questions need more depth. When describing parking and vehicle return, the process could be described better. Room was very clean, airport shuttle information available on internet and via phone. Driver very helpful. Our only issue was the charge for parking. We were charged fo parking during our stay. Then parking for leaving car while on vacation, would have been understandale but was not part of information on booking website. Parking charges are lisred on hotels website but did not show up on the booking website I used.

Great short term stay for a layover at Chicago. Clean, comfortable room. Helpful staff. Great breakfast. I’ll stay here again if ever needed for sure.

The man at the front desk was an angel. I don’t remember his name but he was a blessing after a terrible airport experience. Got us in right away and even gave us a room with no neighbors so we could sleep peacefully.

Modern looking. Room was clean, beds comfortable, good size bathroom with good size shower), buffet had good choices (also had milk available for individuals with lactose problems), parking in front of hotel & parking garage (charge for parking, but not excessive-around $25 I think), all workers very nice, & I would return. Room needed minor updates, but did not ruin experience. Food options near by.
