My experience at the hotel was terrible. The AC unit had some issues and woke me up at night. We had some issues with the TV and later found out that it didn't have cable. The only good thing was that the maintenance man Manny, who was sent to assist me was great. He wasn't able to resolve the problem but he was professional and did all he could to resolve the issue.

Simple stay,

The place was clean, but management is cutting back on some things. If you wanted to watch t.v from local stations it wasn't available. I think that is important if you are planning on going out and planning your day, and you want to see the local weather. You can see other issues that could be taken care of, but it might not be in the budget.

What I didn't like was that we ask for another fitted sheet for the sofa bed. They said they didn't have any extra. The soap gel bottle in the shower was empty and not enough towels for a junior suite.

There was no running hot water and the pool was not working. When we tried to call front desk. No one answered the phone. At the point of check in we should have been notified of the water and pool conditions.
