A really lovely room, super clean, comfy bed and delightful decor. Only issue was the wifi was terrible, connection dropped literally every minute, so trying to work from the room was just impossible. And there are no staff onsite so no one to ask for help. A little frustrating.

Beautifully presented hotel, room was very very nice, clean and generally very pleasant. The bed was sublime. Travelling for business around 100 nights a year, it’s not often you get a bed THAT comfortable. Large carpark just 20m from the hotel which is less than £10 for 24hrs.

Great converted townhouse decorated to high stands. Lovely venue with free parking at rear for 5 cars if you book in advance. Lovely staff Tracey was very helpful. Will stay again.

What can I say about the service and stay we have just had here. Tracy is amazing and such a good host. We booked the suite for a treat and what a treat it was. The room was lovely and clean and a very good size. The bathroom especially with the couple size bath was amazing. Overall fantastic and we will be definitely booking g again for when we come to Chester next.

Room very comfortable and spotlessly clean, shower room spotless too. Lovely and warm and comfortable bed. Lots of choice re teas, coffes and hot chocolate. Also coffee machine but no instructions so didn't use. Clever idea for room entry with coded handle. We didn't like the lack of human contact. Speaking to a box on the wall, whilst the lady was very polite and friendly, was uncomfortable.
