First time staying at this hotel and will definitely go back, the staff were very friendly and helpful,the room we had was immaculate and the bed was the best hotel bed iv slept in and was the best sleep i had, hsd in a while, we had a few hiccups while dining in the restraunt but the head waiter rectified them quickly, loved that the gym and spa areas were included in your room price

We had the best time. Everyone was so accommodating to our son who spent most of his time wanting to run around all over the place. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to other to stay.

Overall a good stay - a little noisy
We had such a warm friendly welcome from the receptionist which was lovely! The room was nice with a huge bed, and we loved the personal touch of the page of staff’s recommendations for things to do in Chester! The pool is absolutely lovely, advertised as the “warmest pool in chester” which surely must be true- it was lush! Great sauna, steam room and jacuzzi too. Breakfast was nice and we liked playing on the pool table too (£1 a game). Unfortunately we found the pillows a bit uncomfortable, and noise from the corridor could be heard clearly from the room, so we didn’t get a great night’s sleep. But we otherwise had a lovely stay.
