Ive stayed at leonardos over 60 times.and looks lile the quality is at an all time low. They now have heat limiters in the shower and bath which is now at best luke-warm water. Not sure id stay here anybmote. There are better hotels close by.

Easy checking. Assistance provided with parking costs, cut by half. Arrived early, room was ready and was able to check in and access room. Staff helpful and friendly. Great location, fridge in the room. Comfortable and quiet. Love this hotel.

The room was very small but clean and comfortable. The shower gel in the shower had been watered down so much it was mostly water and not gel - surely times are not so hard that it's come to watering down shower gel! The lighting in the room was also not the best either startling bright or too dark with no happy medium. Breakfast wasn't the greatest, everything crammed into a small space so when it gets busy it's difficult to move around. The chef wasn't exactly ontop of replenishing things either which seemed odd because he was standing in front of the food the whole time so had the best view of when things were running low, waited for the eggs to run out completely before even starting to cook more. The seating area for breakfast was also filthy, seemingly from the evening before as we were one of the 1st down for breakfast so it clearly hadn't been cleaned. Overall I think this place is overrated for what's on offer, not great value for money, average hotel at best
