Great location. Bus stop out front for a bus to/from train station. Good windows so didn't hear traffic outside. Grosvenor Shopping center is next door and can be accessed without getting wet from rain. Breakfast was good. We didn't try the dinner in the restaurant because there would be a 45 minute wait to prepare. Not a problem though since there are lots of restaurants nearby.

Sunday/Monday family of three stay

We stayed in a double room, pros and cons are below: Pros: - reasonably priced stay - excellent location - really comfy bed - warm (sometimes too warm at night), quiet room - bathtub was useful for little one - amazing blackout curtains which knocked us all out for 12 hours after a tiring weekend! Cons - fridge wasn't working so food we tried to store went to waste - bathroom/corridor didn't smell so great - we were out until 12:30pm, came back to nap our little one and the room hadn't been cleaned. We left our room again at 2:30pm and we saw cleaners outside in the corridor. We left the sign on our door requesting a clean both times but it didn't happen. - the bathtub tap had black build up in it which was breaking off into the water when I was bathing my little one, which wasn't great to experience.

You don't seem to get what you paid for

We booked a standard room and we got an accessible room. There was no explanation for why a room that had been booked so in advance was changed without any warning or permission. The receptionist was not very friendly and did seemed phased with the situation.
