Central location close to all city amenities
The hotel is in an excellent position close to the centre and all city amenities. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Staff were attentive, polite and helpful. I can see a return on the cards.

A great stay in Chester
The staff were all really lovely, the hotel was very nice and the breakfast was good. Would stay again, although the lack of parking was a bit of a pain and an additional cost - although there are chargeable carparks very nearby. Great location to wander around the town.

The hotel was fine. The room had no view just a wall. I only got a voucher for 20% of food once in my stay. No room upgrades or other benefits of beiing a gold card member. The Leodardos in Glasgow gave free btreakfast voucher but one in Newcastle offered much less
