I like the position but the aircon was bad. Nothing opens until 7-8am nobody on reception until 8am. Restaurant staff were very nice. As I was there to vet hotel.

Terrible terrible hotel

Nothing was right about this property. Dated dirty and not at all well maintained. Towels were soiled and not replaced from the last guest, no shampoo, safe did not work and housekeeping left door wide open for anybody to walk in. Brought the attention of the duty manager, but as payment was made beforehand nobody gave a dam. We left a day early and glad to have done so, obviously no recompense.

Two night stay, getting a parking place was hard as persons using the hotel fitness facilities were also using the same car park so no parking spaces at 6pm but some became available 8pm onwards

Check in was ok, it was my birthday and so would have been nice to have had a nod the special occasion. With regards to the rooms, they were fine, however there was as stain on one of the duvet covers and the fridge wasn't working. I found the swimming changing rooms to be rather 'tired' and in need of redecoration. What was excellent was the breakfast which all the family enjoyed.
