The room was really good value for money and the bed was very comfortable. The tv was in a strange position so was difficult to comfortably watch tv. The pool looks a lot bigger in the photos but it is quite a bit smaller than I thought when booking it. Overall it was a very good stay.

Great stay only downside was parking

Very helpful and cheerful staff. Room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was great. Only downside was the lack of parking and the car park is very tight. We used the public car park across the road at £8 for 24 hours so no big drama.

Well located hotel for Chester city centre

The room was a good size. Dispensers in the bathroom were empty. Staff were friendly. Ordered a coffee from the bar but failed to be delivered so had my meeting and left. Interior is a little dated but a great location for the city centre.

Fantastic hotel & Great Customer Service

Always stay here, yearly and love the hotel. It’s central to the town. Has parking and the most friendliest welcoming staff. Big shout out to Miss Tyson-Lee on reception who went above and beyond to make our stay that much better. Sorting out the car parking for us. Thank you for great customer service

Great location

Hotel situated in great location. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Car park opposite had plenty of charge points.

No issues what so ever.. check in check out easy. Lovely staff members though out. Perfect hotel in great location. Minutes away from indoor Chester Market. We be rebooking for sure.
