The suite was excellent but on the first night, following a long and tiring journey we were unable to get room service. We were put through to voice mail and got no reply Managed to speak to a female who stated there was a function on and they were not able to supply room service as the chef was busy

Convenient for train station. Breakfast was extra to the room rate. A great pity Best Western have taken away the Victorian lounge area for the garish modern pictures. It is difficult for larger group to sit together .

Stayed on the way to get the ferry from Holyhead. Really nice hotel, helpful staff and nice bar area. I did not have any food but the room was big enough and comfy bed.

Terrible service. Bad hotel

Stayed overnight. Messaged beforehand about early check-in, was told multiple times that I would receive a response but never did. Was repeatedly bombarded with upgrade offers. When I checked in, my toilet had feces all over the outside of the bowl. I complained, was told someone would be sent immediately. I said that I was in a rush, and asked how long it would be. They did not come. I asked for a new room. Noone contacted me, so I went to reception and had to demand one. Huge waste of time. Musty rooms. Stay at the Moxy instead.
