We spent 3 nights with our 2 teenagers. The condo was the perfect size for our group and it is nicely located right by a park with beach and lake access. The condo is very bare basics. If you are used to staying at VRBOs that are nicely equipped with everything you need, this is not it. The cheap Amazon basics coffee pot didn’t work unless you held the carafe up to the bottom of the dispenser where the coffee comes out. They did leave coffee filters which was nice and there is a Starbucks 5 minutes away. The TVs in the place are all older with what appeared to be satellite tv that had very basic channels. We couldn’t access streaming apps or get local news which was kind of important to us because of the local fires. The condo appeared clean upon arrival but my husbands socks were filthy from walking on the floors and we discovered someone’s socks left behind and a used toothbrush in one of the bathroom drawers. They do ask that you load the dishwasher, start a load of laundry and remove all trash before you leave. Accessing the building can be tricky because of the access code. We didn’t have issues but several other families staying there struggled at the parking garage gate. There was supposed to be a parking pass in the condo, but there wasn’t. When I reported that to the host, she said she would drop one off and we never saw it. No information in the condo about where the pool was located (another guest showed us) or local hotspots which would have been nice
