The king room felt super cramped and the shower is definitely too small for two people. Other than that the place was exactly what we needed. We spent all our time playing around outside. Walking and activities were all around. The breakfast was awesome. We took advantage of it every morning, except the morning i woke up with a hangover. The smell of food was too much. I appreciated that breakfast went until 10 am. I also really appreciated that the pool was adults only after 10pm. That was so nice to not hear the ear piercing sounds of children having fun.

Bring your own Pillow!

The Good: Breakfast was hot with lots of options. Room decor was updated and the room was clean. Near downtown (7 min walk) without the price of being downtown. Pool & Hot tub were at good temperatures. The not so good: The beds were so uncomfortable, imagine your Grandma's spare bedroom in the 90's with the bed from the 70's - hard as a rock, yet very springy. The pillows were just as bad, there were 5 on each bed and you'd have to use 2-3 just to get your head off the bed since they were so flat and hard. The Hotel is right on Highway 2 - so you can hear the highway all night and the neighboring rooms or people on the walkway. Overall - we did have a great trip and the hotel staff was pleasant, just we didn't leave rejuvenated from our weekend, just with sore necks and backs from the beds.

Indoor pool and jacuzzi in winter was so relaxing. Note: no changing area in the pool area; must go back to your room to clean up and change which was ok for us. Breakfast had good variety of hot and cold options including make your own waffles. Around the clock complimentary coffee, tea, hot cocoa was excellent. Family friendly, diverse staff made welcoming atmosphere. Dog friendly rooms available upon request for a reasonable rate; really appreciated the hard non-carpeted floors. HVAC was a bit noisy but very reliable and effective. Smelled good in the pet friendly rooms. Modest sized room but high ceilings made the stay comfortable not cramped. About 7 minute walk to downtown Leavenworth on salted even ground was a comfortable distance. About 5 min walk to Enchantment Park, free public sledding in winter and wonderful dog friendly area for families. Heated and well maintained restrooms and grounds. Would highly recommend. Just bring your own comforts such as pillows to your own liking.

Fairbridge was clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was very clean, bathroom was dated, but still clean and very well stocked with quality items. Beds were good, lots of pillows which is nice. Pool was great! Indoor, warm, clean and good depth. Hot tub was very nice, perfect temp. Breakfast was excellent! Plenty of room in the dining area with great options, (waffles, pancakes, eggs, cereal, pastores, fruit and yogurt. Plenty of tables. My one and only complaint was the faint smell of cigarettes lilely from back in the day when smoking rooms were a thing. Otherwise, great stay! The friendly staff was my favorite.

We called ahead to request neighboring rooms since we were traveling with friends. The hotel assured us that they would accommodate this request, but upon arrival, we were placed on different floors instead. The front desk staff was extremely rude and dismissive, making no effort to resolve the issue. It was a disappointing experience, but on a positive note, they do have good breakfast options.
