The room we stayed in was very run down and not at all worth what we paid. The two things this motel had going for it was it is close to town and is walkable and the breakfast is decent. The rooms are rundown and not nice and we could see light through our door. The heater was so loud and it was chilly in the room.
Heater was unbearably loud and didn’t hear the room well.
Bathtub was gross and the water temperature shifted wildly from scorching hot to cold.
Walls were beaten up.
Door didn’t close tight we could see daylight through it.

It was ok. The reason it was ok, we have to move to another room the 2nd day of our stay because the toilet plug up, no repairman available, the sink also not draining. Moving to another room was little hassle to pack and unpack. Then when we move to the other room, the coffee maker doesn't work, i was trying to get warm water for tea. The breakfast was good complimentary. The staff were nice.

Room was clean but very run down . Bed was comfortable , pillows were NOT . The property has lots of stairs , so be prepared for that . The location is convenient to downtown Leavenworth , an easy walk. Over all the building inside and out is dated and in need of repairs , lots of fitting wood and rust .

Desk clerk was great. Nice. Room clean. Shower water temp fluctuated hot and cold though. Probably due to flushing toilets etc. Water was super hot. Good t.v. channels. Got to watch the football game.

Unattentive staff. Called the front desk several times due to toilet overflowing but no pickup. Went downstairs to find out she's ignoring the phone ringing and busy browsing through her cellphone. Plumbing requires complete overhaul: weak shower, toilet overflows and slow flushing. Buffet breakfast offers very limited options and unappealing. Not recommended and total disappointment...

Water was hot and then cold followed by scorching hot, could be unsafe for a younger child. Staff was nice and helpful. But over all condution of the room we stayed in was wore out but clean. Time for a remodel for sure bathrooms were tiny and dated.
