Room was not ready at check in time, waited at least 45 minutes at the lobby, no one updated us of the status of our room. Saw new guests checking in with no problem, went up to the desk to ask about the status, was told they haven’t heard anything from the housekeeper, then checked in the computer and found out the rooms are actually ready. Not happy about this.

Shout out to the staff: Raphael, Kay, Kim & Manager Jennifer, especially Kay for her upbeat cheerful positive self! We had a couple of unexpected issues and they were taken of by Raphael and Jennifer. Room was big and clean and convenient to shops, breakfast included. Would stay again. Had a lovely time in Leavenworth.

The cleanliness in the rooms is bad, they only assigned us the room and the people who arrived after us were asked which floor they wanted their room on since they had rooms available on the 2nd and 3rd floors and they gave us a room with a view.
