The staff was very friendly and courteous. Bobbie, the manager was very helpful with our early check in. Debbie, the hostess at the breakfast buffet, was very welcoming and friendly. There were issues with the hot water, hopefully they have been fixed. Would suggest providing more outlets for charging devices. We had to go buy a power strip to adequately cover our charging needs.

This hotel could be so nice if someone invested time and money to update it. The staff just seemed exasperated, probably from all the complaints. We had no heat, and no hot water for my entire stay. My first room had 2 inches of standing water in the bathtub with black chunks and hair floating in it. I heard complaints about carpet bugs… basically nobody was happy.

Solid clean place to stay.

Front desk staff efficient and friendly but perhaps not dressed professionally. The hotel is maintained but tired looking, no updates in quite awhile and a fix for hallway carpets is duct tape, they have a pigeon problem on our balcony but no furniture so it was unusable. Breakfast was hearty and like Denny’s. It’s a solid, clean place to stay. It’s not a hotel with amenities. It was nice when it opened but it’s a bit of a time warp now.

Overall kind staff and a clean hotel, its just really old. The carpets need replacing - its time. However, for the price you can't beat it. I stay there about once month while visiting my son. Very convenient to the area.
