Cozy, clean, comfortable. I would stay there again however Some front desk staff not friendly. With the vacancy rate at that time, I would have preferred my room not have been next to office/business area with noise.

The staff was helpful and friendly but only left one wash cloth twice. The first night we stayed we had fresh towels brought to our room the 2nd day but did not have any left in our room the 3rd day so when we realized we didn’t have towels the desk was closed for the evening. More light in the room would be nice. Need better facilities for emergency situations and older folks having to deal with heavy luggage due to the elevator being out.

Chloe at the front desk was very helpful and enjoyable to chat with. The Inn is a short 15 min walk to all the shops and we loved the wet sauna. In addition, the breakfast was incredible and the gym looked brand new. Would definitely stay again.
