They moved there check out time to 10am , hardly enough time to have coffee and shower in Am , I won’t go back tell they change back to 11 am . Also the ceiling fan was discusting.

It was new to us to use remote check in but finally figured it all out. Our room was very clean and tidy but had a smell that was “hotel- cleaning products?? Quite strong) The bed was comfy .

Standard low budget hotel. Relatively quiet during shoulder season, midweek. Problem with room fixed quickly after insisting the first solution offered was unacceptable. Comfy bed and appreciated real mugs for coffee instead of paper. Very, very strong "deodorizer" type smell that would prevent me from staying again which is too bad becasue the rest was just fine and am in the area a few times a year.

Our only problem with this room was that there was a very strong smell like fresh paint that cause allergies to act up. Suggestion would be not to put someone in a room that was obviously not ready for a customer.

While the property is unique (check in process), it is a great value for the area, well kept and stocked, clean and newer. Be prepared to use a non-traditional checkin, online rather than traditional front desk, master that and you have a nice quiet clean comfortable property with numerous amenities to enjoy. The only gotcha to consider is, no elevator to second story, but full accessible to first floor rooms and amenities. Any support required was quickly responded to.

The property is away from the main drag, so it wat quiet and peaceful. The beds were super comfortable and we each had four pillows. The staff was amazing. We will definitely stay again.

We were passing through and wanted a hotel close to 12 Tribes Casino. We were very happy with our choice. The property is off the main drag but walking distance to some great food choices for all meals. We would stay here again if in the area.

Part of any travel experience is meeting and talking to people. There was no one at the desk when I arrived, no one at the desk when I had Wifi connectivity issues, no one at the desk when I wanted to ask about dinner recommendations. My understanding is the desk was staffed in the middle of the day, when I was out. While the staff on the phones were nice, they weren't readily available. I had to call, leave a message and wait for them to return my call. I understand saving costs, but this is too extreme. I'll be looking for a hotel stay outside of your chain next time. I enjoy people.

Room was comfortable. Front desk gal was friendly and helpful. The lobby looks very unwelcoming after 4 pm when she leaves and lights are turned off. It was very frustrating the day of check-in when no one would answer the phone.
