I booked this hotel at 10pm as last option, because no other hotel allowed me to book so late at night! Let me tell you guys i was surprised, it is a small hotel but for a night it was PERFECT, staff was really helpfull, they let me check in at 1:00 am, room was super clean, good bed, hot shower, there is a starbucks and waffle house basically in the parking lot!

We stayed for a concert in Charlotte. I would say the receptionist was brief and hurried. Only told us about what time breakfast was. My card declined because I answered questions caring on pin pad, and she very loudly announced to the whole lobby that it was declined. I reinserted and it was fine. I work at a 5 star resort.
