The staff was fine but unfortunately the room was advertised on Expedia as King w/Terrace and that's not what the room was. It was a King with a Terrace facing view. Unfortunately, we had to check out as that's not what we wanted. Thankfully, the hotel was kind enough to issue us a refund. But it would be better to make that clear on the booking.
